I also think he shoots to much sometimes instead of looking for a good pass or something, but indeed, he has a lethal shot!

Boy has no footballing brain, problem with half our team, thay all ahve pace, they can all beat people, they can all shout, but very little of them can pick out a pass to a team amte which will benefit someone else aprt from them, no one will pass right, if they are going to run to the left of the pitch, everyone wants to be the one who plays the killer ball, everyone wants to be in the box to score, every one wants to think they are man of the match beacuse they played one pass, made one tackle, cleared one ball off the line. Boys football is a90 minute game and we need people to perform form90 minutes, do you know who the best players are for us, the ones i dont notice, because generally they are theones who arent making mistakes, remember that, you are noticed because you are playin good or you are awful, no in between.

well if ya's r that keen to get rid of paddy then tell him........... if he was to go i think shore could do with someone who hasent been at the club to come in and sort things out FRESH..... but then again who would want to ?

true, but with some folk its not about doing what he tells them its about being able to do what he tells them.......... dont get me wrong i'd fight thru thick and thin for shore because thats my team but sometimes i feel like pulling what little hair i have left out, but on the flipside i'm sure folks feel the same towards me on occassions hehe  |

Team is very low on confidence. When i came down I noticed that if someone did something wrong or made a mistake then everyone is down their throats slabbering like f**k to them. Only recently have we started to knock that on the head and give encouragement to players when they make a mistake. We have good players, we can be at the top end of the table if everyone starts to put the effort in.

a FRESH manager would be good as then he wouldnt be biased because he could choose who he believes is playing better and not on who has been there longer. dont get me wrong paddy is a decent manager he just doesnt have players that will do the work for him

We have a manager..................................... and this thread is supposed to be about Pat Sharp, who played 5 a side last night in a cream, long sleeved, skin tight, t-shirt straight out of topshop, and skin tight black shorts, was the best outfit ive seen yet!!!!

f**k sake elroy, it is said every Saturday that we have 5 a side on Monday, no need for passwords or funny shakes, there was 12 there last night, which is lot betterthan having 6 or 8 like some weeks, means i get a wee 5 minute break
