Stan I was shocked at the complete difference in the two clubs, Lisnafillan and Westend. You do everything at Lisnafillan, its spread out at Westend. The kit is cleaned on rotation by each player, a guy collects the money and pays the ref, another guy takes the training, another guy manages and picks the team, another guy books the pitches and sorts the nights out goes to meetings, somebody else will do the texting. Its not about 1 man dealing with everything its about the team taking responsibility for the club. Get some help, i've said it before

I know a guy who gave everything for the club he managed. Got no thanks for it either, ended up packing it in, more like constructive dismissal i'd say! At the end of the day, people who don't appreciate what they have aren't worth losing any sleep over, some people are just ballbags. simples!

18 at our first preseason session tonight and a great workout from the lads. Really good to be back at it and the fire is in the belly of a few of the lads for next season and the club is going from strenght to strenght both on and off the pitch.
Paul Devlin from Broadway Celtic... Cracking wee lad and from what Ive seen he is gona be a great signing for us. Paul can play right back or further up the wing. Very comfortable on the ball and has a great turn of pace.
Tony Culbertson from Portglenone... Centre mid who loves a tackle and very composed on the ball. Another good addition to the swifts and a player with higher league experience.
Few other new faces there tonight but I only got 6 signed before the rain came on and everyone scarpered but we'l finish business this wed night.

Big Andy from Portglenone looked good there tonight aswell and he is def class in the air.
2 hour session sorted a few of the cobwebs out so hopefully another good turnout later on in the week... Im really looking forward to the new season out in Portglenone and a bunch of really sound lads
