What about the 2 ejits over tranin away with us doin abit of running threw tyers then after 10 mins someone told them that we are not lisnafillan they are on the pitch beside us lol to boys just walked away and every1 laughing their heads off...pure ripped off!! Good job as 1 was a right back  |

another good session down at waterfoot beach 2day...there was 16 there...sum good work put in and id say alot of boys legs will b sore 2marra...running on that soft sand is tough...cud only b good 4 the fitness lads...
