Well lads its almost time to get that training gear on again and run em legs off,Ken has a few surprises in store for all involved, he refuses to tell anyone what it is, but he did ask what was the best way to slemish,now why would he want to know that?  ? |

Great session the night lads, big Kenny takes no sh1t.
Ran the ballocks outta us and after he turns and says "right who wants a wee match?"
course every1 says aye and then Kenny says "right 20 pressups" lol
Roll on thurs night to we get a bita ball work.

must say it was harmonising for me to be made so welcome , not that i expected anything else , but it is very nice to be made feel part of what was goin on , and id like to say thanks to all at the north end , and its onwards and upwards for the north enders , keeper lit lads ,

I don't think Sherman wants to be on the coaching staff, he plans to start and as he told me he has nothing to fear after seeing the lads tonight!!!! ;D ;D

Big man i'll be honest, i watched you against All Saints and i thought you were by far Northends best player, the Carniny and Abbeyview game you have been awful and you seem to panic on it. The thing that shocked me tonight was the team stopped and gave up, abbeyview were stroking about with ease. I totally agree pele ive just seemed to lose all confidence and my timing has gone completly but ive a whole summer to get myself ready for next season and start backing up some of the guff i talk on here  |

In the clowns defence I will say that the big man is involved in hurling semis and once they are past, it will be training all the way and I don't know what all the talk is about how ken ran the nuts of some players I though it was a very light session,Ken the sadist has told me that he will up it a bit more tonight, but wont get into the real work to next week,the beach run on Saturday will be a fun thing all players are ask to bring a bucket and spade,this is not for sandcastles,mad ken want to move the sand dunes round the corner to waterfoot.

Think there many a couple or 3 more quality signings for us before the start of the season, but its keeping every1 happy.
Seamus came down before he went to work and gave the lads a good speech so am pretty confident all the lads will work there socks off and be 100% committed.
