Can remember several games where Cliftonville fans have been badly behaved. Take the red tinted glasses off How long ago? People move on. I've heard the reputation & in my personal experience from being there I've not saw anything. Great to see Crusaders representatives on the news there expressing their disgust at Willie Frazer gate crashing their football ground. Ultimately it's the Crues who have lost the most through this. This was one prominent incident this season.

This was one prominent incident this season. You want to share it with the group? I'm sure it's been discussed in this thread already. I'd say it's highly likely you know what it is anyway.

Did a clifties fan not attack a linfield player last season???
Also what were the reps of both clubs working tirelessly for weeks to sort out???
Btw imo this protest was at the wrong place and at the wrong time but policed poorly.

Again, I was there that day and was stood right beside all the people who were singing. By the way the songs they sang that day were Aiden McAnespie and Bloody Sunday. Both events involved members of the British Forces murdering catholics. Personally I didn't sing as I'm from Larne & you kept your head down so I never saw much of the troubles but I fully understand why people from North Belfast could not stand and observe a silence for people who caused them so much pain and suffering.
Easter's nearly upon us, do you think on the Saturday before Easter Sunday Linfield fans would observe a silence for those who died across the divide. We both know that answer.
A lot of terrible things happened over the years in this country. The people in that video still bear scars and grudges about it. No doubt the same can be said of people in loyalist areas as the IRA commited many a horrible deed. As a father of three children all I can hope is that they never have to go through the s**t we and others did.

And the fan that attacked the linfield player???
Maccers your question about easter sunday is like saying we should close all the decent food houses because its chinese new year. China or the republic both different countries which have nothing to do with us.

Firstly goram is correct about people being asked to move their cars four four hours this is an ongoing issue when cliftonville come to solitude. Hence the meetings. There is no such issue when dc come to solitude. It would appear that it was somewhat hijacked by flag protestors some possibly seeking to raise their profile but this was no coincidence it was planned by residents for this day for a reason they have had enough. These leaflets were distributed after the last north Belfast derby. I'm not sure if you will be able to read all that. Your right about one thing though it does seem little to do with crusaders it's to do with local residents protecting their property. Finally your point about Easter is ludicrous why would anyone let alone Linfield fans respect people involved in an illegal uprising by terrorists. Crazy. f**k the crues, f**k chikenvile and f**k the glens Attachments:

So can anyone explain to me why despite the fact that Reds fans are videoed by residents, politicians & police why there's no evidence of any of this on camera. Speaking as someone whose been there, when you walk down the riot police have you penned in do i've no idea how anyone can damage property. One arrest in twenty odd years at the derby & it wasn't a reds fan. Also re cars getting attacked. The majority of the cars in that area are Reds fans so are we saying that Reds fans are attacking other Reds fans cars? Think about it ffs.

Jeff just out of interest, on your trips to solitude... You ever got any grief? Only in the very early games and that came from residents not people attending the games. But we are bussed in and bussed out I think that's what the residents around seaview want to see happening so there can be a similar level of control over the chickenvile fans. For the record we haven't been involved in any trouble since we returned to solitude yet are still forced onto buses. Maccers you can argue your point about arrests all you want and videos but i travel to games with a north Belfast blue man who lives on the doorstep of seaview and has witnessed the behaviour. Until cliftonville take their head out of the sand and accept that there is an issue with a section of their fans nothing will be sorted out. Il not hold my breath though as deny and deflect is the cliftonville way always has been

Il not hold my breath though as deny and deflect is the cliftonville way always has been You know yourself that the buses are nothing to do with Cliftonville & it's PSNI. The voucher bulls**t is your own clubs doing. I'll say what I've seen. Been at numerous games at Solitude this year as well as away games at Crusaders, Linfield, Ballymena, Portadown. There's been no trouble at all apart from the day at Windsor & I think you'd probably agree that the fella done the right thing there. If there's ever been any issues in Skegoniel Avenue I can 100% say that it has not come from that stewarded walk. There's just no way it could happen as the cops & stewards have you completely penned in. Perhaps the answer is that everyone has to make there way via the walk which incidentally the residents were happy with until it was gatecrashed by oppurtunistic ballbags.

The issue is according to residents people not following the stewarded walk as you call it and breaking away from agreed routes as the protest letter I put up states. I don't know what fella your talking about at Windsor but certainly the dirty protest carried out at Windsor wasn't done by one person. The bus thing is a major gripe for a lot if Linfield fans I don't mind it I certainly wouldn't fancy parking my car around solitude. Just wish we could go in on normal supporters busses to agreed points rather than having to sit at ballysillan for an hour every time.
All sets of fans have their issues but cliftonville continually deny and deflect away from their problems. It's easy to blame Saturdays problem on a flag protest but that won't solve the underlying issues.

Spike hill is the assistant coach. From my understanding he felt the player was eligible and walked as he was let down by the club again. They've also lost 7 points. Shambles doesn't n come close. To think Peter and Marty have allegedly earmarked £10m of our tax payers money to go into this calamity club for a new stadium is laughable
