this game couldnt have come at a worse time for us!! 2 players who have been mainstays of our defence for majority of season out injured and prob out for rest of season!! 2 others struggling to be fit for tuesday and one working away in enniskillen!!
but as the rest have said we will give it our best shot and the side we will put out will be more than capable of putting up a good fight!! just about keeping it tight and being organised at the back and hopefully catch homers on the break!!

knee is bad!! still praying its just a real heavy knock, its swollen from half way up my shin though..knee is the size of a basketball!
up until last month i was having a good season injury wise..19 starts..most ive had in years.
hopefully watto pulls through, opens up a few opitions if he does.

absolutely gutted with that..boys worked so hard, but bottom line is we got ZERO points from the game.
need to learn to see games out, though IMO bill would still be playing now waiting for homers to score.

If this was the same man that ref'd the homers northend match on saturday past id have to say he seemed scared of the homers and at times even things he never saw all it took was 1 shout from a homers payer and the whistle was blew. Unlucky saints!

were not blaming the ref, he just got some very big decisions wrong tonight IMO.
infact, they werent even big decisons, they were clear cut as they come..he hadnt the balls for it imo.
as i said b4, its up to us to see games out and show more composure when taking the lead.

It did look 6 of 1 half a dozen the other on that one. In saying that I thought ASOB were hard done by on a few occasions by the ref tonight (the same ref who f**ked us over last night as well by the way  ) and can understand their frustration. Couple of the lads I was with tonight were saying Chimpy hadnt got a kick all game, I mentioned sometimes a player like him only needs the 1 kick at times. Game had a draw wrote all over it but suppose thats how leagues are won. |
