spin class is excellent for the players i took my carniny u17s there last xmas for 4 weeks 3 times a week and it made a phenomenal difference in fitness,tough at the start but worth it dont knock it to u try it

Great session tonight lads. Everyone made an effort, was a great turn out as well and I think everyone enjoyed. Ahoghill Thistle second to none!! some crack at our club.
