the ballbag doctor from slovakia never put enough stitchs in it at A&E gorum ?the goalie ;D.so my gp says it healed s**t n said 4-6weeks.to be honest it will just burst open.and i havent the patience to sit in that feckin A&E hole again.so like owen hargraves im takin me time  .naw f**ked aff not getting to training so gonna come up next week.u miss me  |

Carew returns after 5wks out way 4stitches training starts 6.30sharp .. wee baldy will b up way the facepainted ,rangers hat,scarf,shirt,shorts,socks and slippers ... dont worri we will let u leave early 2 watch the gers ,,, while the others stay on and do extra work  will carew return after the leg break ;D ;D ;D ;D |

big gorams on the ball way these spin cycle classes in galgorm .excellent idea for the team when the really bad weather kicks in and we want to keep the fitness levels up.the advanced classes will def be hard,and for any1 who thinks its poofy you can bet yer balls you,ll not be saying that the next day ;D |
