Back to the league this week with a Home game against Ahoghill Thistle. Haven't a clue what these boys are like this season so looking forward to it.

Connor 4-1 ahoghill thistlegreat result yesterday lads, although we are still missing far to many chances lol  4-1 at half time and we created a host of chances in the 2nd half and couldnt finish one.  but nice to get back to winning ways in league. PS: 3 games in a row ive scored now, hopefully it continues lol  But once again well done yday lads

Thistle started strong first 20 minutes and got an early goal. Once we got settled we looked as if we're going to score and when the 1st came another 3 came quickly after. Could of went on to win a few more but never took our chances.
Good luck Thistle for rest of the season.

After a poor start to the season Thistle seem to have picked up a bit and have got a good team spirit. Would have to say Coonor would be favourites for this one but "its a funny old game"......

connor clear favourites . hope A&E moves 2 ahoghill . so many injurys ... we will do our best and battle then 2 the final whistle . PARTY at nortys on FRI nite in ahoghill ;D we are looking forward 2 it . hope 2 get the pitch rolled and lined this week for the favs |

No no Goram, my house is a drink free zone this week, party commences at 12.15 on Saturday afternoon (win, lose or draw) ;D Will be a tough game, when we haven't had a game i've been to see a couple of the Thistles games this season, and if our training was off on a monday night i'd play indoor with them and they've a good squad put together with a good mix of younger players and the likes of big Chris and Baldy in for experience, so we know we've a game on our hands for sure! Training last night was superb, think there were 15 players there and Marriott IS there on saturday (i was led to believe previously he wasn't) so there's huge competition for places now, which will keep everyone on their toes! Mon the wee Connor ;D |

We'll find that out on Saturday morning, good squad to pick from and i'm only there to play so I don't decide who plays and who doesn't... In saying that its very hard to keep a player out of the team thats scored 18 goals in 6 games, its the BSML we're playing in, when you've got a player like that, when he's available it's more than likely that he's gonna start! but nways the match this Saturday:) was looking forward to playin against wee marc this weekend, but unfortunately he has broke his foot, so that won't happen, but hope mr young has a speedy recovery:)

I do not recall this conversation I had with my brother!! I said i thought we played well enough to win the game and even after yous scored your equaliser we had 2 chances to win the game. We were disappointed not to have won the game and to have conceeded so late, but weknew it was going to be a hard game... and a battle it was. The celebrations from the thistle players on the pitch and on the sidelines you'd have thought yous had won the league No need to panic, its another point and another game without defeat... Good luck for the rest of the season |
