Great celebrations on the line from the Thistle faithful, A warning to connor not to take anything for granted in the morning league, True champions can adapted there game connor couldnt cope with being closed down and getting no time to play....The celebrations weren't the fact that we got a draw but that we opened up the title race and proved we could compete with those at the top of the table....And to see Hughs reaction at the final whistle...priceless....

right ill tell you what, fair play to ahoghill for getting your point yesterday, use worked hard and got ur injury time equalizer but to say that use deserved the win, is laughable lol...use had one chance except for your goal, and to be fair he should of scored it. but marriot hit the bar, we missed a few one on ones and we had all the possession, and for ahoghill's goal ur player miss hit the free kick lol and after use scored, we missed another one on one and created a few more chances...but couldnt score. use got your point, and fair play...but use arnt a match for anybody in that league, because im sure if we played use again the score wouldnt be 1-1 no point trying your balls of against the stronger teams, and then getting beat against the so called lower teams... blip yesterday for us, and i cant wait to get back next week and make it right, as that hurt big time yesterday |

Shore were the last team to beat us in the league...and that was in late september, and we never played bad that day, use were just the better team.

In fairness to Connor , im only slegging- i think they were the better team - we just had Pat Sharp in unbelieveable form in nets - made a succession of world-class saves that day.

wow wow wow...Arrogant and insulting??? im not being arrogant or insulting, and i havent came on here and said in THIS POST about how good we are Ive came on here and said that ahoghill are not a great side and that if we were to play them again im pretty sure we wouldnt draw 1-1 each with them, its my opinion and theres nothing immature about it theyve got there point against us and i have said fair play, but use only got a point...i could see past it if use actually beat us and aye my da did give me a telling off, why would he not im pretty sure ud do the same with ur player goram if ur player turned up half cut ...lucky i even started if im honest, and i take part of the blame for us drawing against ahoghill on saturday, because i could hardly get one leg by the other...and connor might as well played way 10 men. but i hope we get ahoghill in the cup, maybe they can prove me wrong and they can draw against us again, and take us to penaltys and beat us and btw broadway are clear favs now...that result yday for us could be costly  |

Jonny Spence caused us a few problems with his pace and Mo was excellent in at centre half. Wasn't our day yesterday, but we could have won it, but saying that, at the end we could have lost it, but we still came away with a point which is better than none, so we go on to training this week and next Saturday's match looking to make amends and get back to winning ways :) |

I thought we (the back 4) done alright too yesterday, probably our most solid defensive display in a wee while, especially in the second half when we were playing into the wind! We've been scoring goals for fun recently and yesterday was just an off day, if we could have came away with a 1-0 win we would have been delighted, and conceeding in the last minute was gutting but as i keep saying we'll go into next weeks game looking to put it right and 2 dropped points isn't the end of the world  |
