good luck to abbeyview on the playoffs.u's have the most quality out of all the team in it and deserve to go up. ps cocky should be in centre mid...and why was he seen wearin a motherwell top last sunday is a bit confusing?!! please dont mention it in the changing rooms

When is the play off semi  Heard it was next Monday night but I also heard that you were to play Carniny on Tuesday night in Carlsberg but that would hardly make sense if you are playing the semi on the monday.  Play off is definitely mon and as the Cat says thecup game will take place on thurs!! |

This game will be our 40th of the season and with the final on Friday night, my players are feeling the strain with most of them carrying knocks or small injuries so I dont hold out much hope on getting through this semi.

Should be a cracking game this one, would have made a great play-off final but sure, thats the way it goes. Have to say, very evenly matched teams and although we gained a win and a draw against Athletic this season, only a performance like we played away to Glenarm and home to Michelin in recent weeks to secure the play-off place will see us through. Cocky is an injury doubt with his foot injury otherwise a fully fit squad to choose from.

Was a very tough game we probably should have won it in normal time we deserved to. Jus when it looked like we had we went down to 10 men and Athletic hit back. No real chances of note in ET and we ended up winning on the lotter of a pen shoot out. Are offical match reporter should be on with a full update at some stage. RAFC were very unlucky and a tough season clearly told on both sides. Credit to their manager, (who despite not shutting up the whole game ), came in to our changing room after to congratulate us. Well done lads onwards and upwards!! |
