The firsts had no game so they played instead of the reserves. But aye it does sound better anyway:)

Away to Rooftop in the second round of the Junior Cup.
They play in division 2b and won 13-2 in the first round.
Not too sure what to expect but hopefully we can progress to round 3.

Yeah mitty they play at Boys Model school.
I think Rab Duddy who now manages the Homers used to manage them.

Take it they are a decent team dickov? Mitty i'd fully expect youse to beat them. They are handy upfront and have a couple of great players in the midfield. It's hard to judge from that game too as the pitch is atrocious. First 25 minutes of the game yesterday it could have been over bar some bad finishing and not taking our chances. We let them back into it through a very harsh penalty and in the end it could have been anyone's game. When it came to penalties Big John was superb saving 2/4 with all 4 of our takers scoring. |

Another trip into the unknown. They play in the Newcastle league which is a good standard so, will be a tough game.

Cheers lads, went down 3-0 after a catalogue of errors.
Missed a penalty and thought it wasn't going to be our day, but nicked one before half time to give us a chance.
Once the second went in there was only one winner although the chances we were missing i thought it wasn't going to be our day.
Hopefully we can get a good Home draw in the next round.
