clown ,have i told u i have kept 6 clean sheets this year in 10 games . why parts being played. sure 80% of ur club left yous .  was clough not down 3 nil with 20mins to play n won,hardly an easy game . have yous playd any games in shield yet or all byes Had 1 bye and 2 wins and look why slabber through pm's then go on and wish clough good luck?? Yes half our squad left but the core of the club is still here and we shall build it bigger and better in the near future. Couple of great wee signings on board although both cup tied as have played in steel and sons this season |

Colin valley very good footballing side too so will be a good game. pele i think jcup is 16man squad . shields 14 . sum gutted boys left out tomara in the clough camp. . I'd say we have 35 to pick from today. Gary has told everyone to turn up anyway. |

Finished 3-0 to Colin Valley.
First 15 of the second half killed the game for Clough, didn't seem to come out after half time and paid for it.
I have to say that pitch and facilities they have now are second to none. Great job lads.

Ended 4 nil, quite simply beat by a superior team.
We were well the game first half, both teams had a few good chances fir half, then for whatever reason we seemed to give up once the 1st went in.
Came at a bad time for us after that break but we'll just have to pick ourselves for next week.
Absolutely delighted with the facilties, top class

New pitch from now on clown. Brilliant facilities.
Can't really add much more to what Mccloy said. Didnt show second half and paid the price for it. That's as good a wee passing side as I've played against in a while. Though we done ourselves no favours. Roll on next weekend already, hopefully get that out of the system.

New pitch next week clown.
That was a hard one to swallow today. Thought we did a lot of good things in the first half. Second half very poor and gave away very bad goals.
In fairness Colin Valley are a good side and were the better team on the day.

took this fixture. firstly,great pitch,2g floodlight area. enjoys lads. the council should have put floodlights around the main pitch or even have left cables in for future .
on to game now. have to say,all saints must have put in sum display to beat that team 4 at there place.
colin valley are a very good footballing side, they havent a player near 6ft in whole team.they played football all day.pass move ,pass move.there young left back (steven) wat a young talent n future ahead. i liked the boy judge movement.
the day we drew way clough nil nil , kyle n byers ran the show at times, was surpised to c kyle in at right back in such a massive game . one of best centre midfielders around.

Never really got going today and couldn't afford to carry so many against opposition like that. Really missed Beggsy in the middle and Foster at right back today.

Circumstances dictated today with Foster missing and Kyle has played right back quite a few times this season. I honestly dont think it would have mattered today either, although i guess we'll never know! We were outclassed today and thats all there is to it. At times we were played off the park, especially in the first 20 mins or so of the second half when they went 2-0 up. Our decision making and passing at times was dreadful and we payed the price for it. For me personally i was nowhere near fit enough due to having a very enjoyable Christmas lol nor did i play anywhere near the sort of level i know i can but hopefully that's put right next week. We missed a couple of good chances at 0-0 and against such quality u can't afford to do that. But we move on to next week and i'm looking forward to it. |
