Him and big Elliott be running the marathons together next Really tough going, no doubt about it mate!! About 3k in ye head up the side of ballykeel, a long hill before you head over the bridge towards the barracks-real f**king killer!! That's normally the worst part unless ye lose yer footing at the finish in front of half of Ballymena... |

Ha ha less of the ole  smashed my time from last time by 40 seconds  actually mentioned to big Stevie about a marathon, i'd like to do one but dunno if i could. a wee Kenyan ;D Might give it a bash next sat. Done 3 and half on thurs and near killed me. |

I ran 10k this morning, but it took me 55 minutes (although there was a wee couple of minutes break midway).... no better feeling.
