I know of no names! I actually thought this announcement was maybe trying to have a wee sky dig at the homers about players being ineligible. Out of interest did raceview win the intermediate cup and if so what year?! Having heard numerous rumours about ineligable players, maybe dobbie is just right to pull out. IMO regardless of who won the final the other team would have made a complaint maybe resulting in both getting booted out.

The rule that was referred to -
9(c) Any player who in the previous 5 (five) seasons has played in the
Final Tie of any Intermediate Status Competition except a player
who has played in such Final as a member of a Junior Club.
so you've 2010/11, 2009/10. 2008/09, 2007/08. 2006/07 as the previous five seasons.
If it was in 2006 the player played in a final, what intermediate cup finals are before the turn of the year? Steel and Sons just?

The North East Ulster Football Association runs the Steel & Sons Cup; the Mid-Ulster Football Association organises the Bob Radcliffe Cup; the North West of Ireland Football Association organises the Craig Memorial Cup; and the Fermanagh & Western Football Association organises the Fermanagh & Western Intermediate Cup.
