pele i was wrecked watching it too lol, my poor wee ankle wouldnt have stood up to that battering!
we hadnt trained in a week or 2 and our games have been cancelled as last 2 weeks aswel so i think casey was trying to make up for lost time. though he didnt seem to be doing much of the running himself haha!!
