Just back from a swim there.... Swam to rathlin and back with 5lb weights on each arm and leg..... That was of course after a 3 hour kettle bell session and 1 hour solid of beating a 145 yo conker tree with my bare mitts, beware brucey I'm in quare knick as they say round these neck of the woods...... Btw what music u listen to during your training? I find starting off to a little hardstyle dance and progressing to a bit of 9 inch nails hits the spot and keeps u pushing.
