Obviously the most genuine selection as a few of you have said you dont know this one or that one. Don't know and havnt seen all saints to know enough about there players.
Best players I have came up against in 2nd div are oran mccauley, big patton (cloughmills) and Brady the pick of the bunch.

Nobody seems to be mentioning Ronaldo.  Was he previously just a big fish in a small pond with Connor and is now just a squad member? I thought he was decent but then what would I know, I've never played Div 1. Though anytime we played a div 1 side (apart from Carniny) in the cups we done OK including tanking Homers. Are Div 1 players that much better he doesnt get a mention? |

The players who I have came up against in the 2nd that have caught my eye have been Orrsy Neil weir- penerol Wiggy- fc antrim Mott- randlestown(no junior not u ) Baldy Stuarty- ahoghill Right winger carnlough name escapes me Herby- towers (I know but he's been the only man this year to keep brady quiet) Missed the cloughmills game so can't comment on them Think orrsy's 2nd half against us when they came back from 2 down was the best I've seen all year but I honestly can say brady and smiley are simply a class apart in the 2nd divison, I'l keep my judgement on doik until we cross paths. P.s I think only from what I've seen I'd draft only orrsey into our team. But in saying that I haven't come up against bale,doik or any of the cloughmills lad's. |

Dick Reid, doik and sausage are the three best players in 2nd div clown by a mile...just dick Reid doesn't play often enough, wee saus has been out for 4 months and I never played against doik this season yet...that is why I never mentioned them. All my opinion only.

Lads nice to be mentioned in these teams but in my case i'd say it's more to do with me being well know in the league from mouthing on here ;D and most people don't know all the players throughout the league. I have to say there are some great players in our league and also at every single club but just there not so well known possibly because they don't post on here they never get a mention. That's why i don't like picking an 11 as i like to spread the love P.s Fish you must be f**ked ;D |

Junior I've seen sausage a few times and tbh he hasn't impressed me at all #jsl and the only reason smiley doesn't get the reconition he deserves is because of who he is...... Simple as that and it was your brother who said to me when we played use away that smiley was the best player in the league and he wld love to play along side him. To even say sausage is better than smiley is a joke in my eyes.........

I'm not denying sausage is a good player but when I've seen him he has never impressed and smiley has scored goals his whole life and his hold up play is 2nd to none in the whole bsml class player and I'd have him all day long before sausage.

It's all about opinions clown...I personally thought Brady was your stand out player, that being said slenny and smiley destroyed us as well. But imo the three I mentioned are the best in the league when fit and when playing...especially dick Reid awesome player with a bad attitude although he'd tell you that himself.

Two good players being mentioned.. Two very different players too. Saus was penerols only player to turn up v us when we beat them 8, we thumped them that day and he still was a dangerous everytime he got the ball. Very good player imo I haven't seen much of smiley yet but he seems to score a lot of goals, and on v us at Ahoghill  lol! But until I play against him I can't really say much |

Very hard to pick as there's that many good players. When these threads are started your always going to see 1st Division players and not as many from 2nd and 3rd. Them two divisions have some great talent aswell, doit,bale,j stewart,brady,sausage etc..
