Take your pick from Abertz, Durrant, Laudrup, McCoist, Gazza. Non-Rangers, it can only be one man Still have that kit in the house

kinkladze was good but for me it is hard to look past wimbledon. Efan ekoku, marcus gayle and a defence made up of dean blackwell, kenneth cunningham and alan kimble. Heroes in my eyes

Obvious one from me but Matt le Tissier will always be my hero! Not only was he absolute genius but also basically single handily kept Saints in the Premier league for all those years. Couldn't have been a Better send off for him in the last ever game at the Dell, brought him on with 20 minutes to go 2-1 down against Arsenal and in the last minute he smashes one in with his left peg for the winner.
He was also my hero cause he was buckin Marilyn from home and away for a couple years too :-)

Neil Webb, quality player until he done his Achilles playing for England, think that's when Fergie started withdrawing players from International squads. I believe he is a postman now.
Marco van Basten, Hristo Stoichkov and Romario..lethal finishers, would be worth 80million each today
But my absolute hero growing up was Frank McAvennie, pure quality and a legendary swordsman too. Even played a few games for Cliftonville.

Not the most gifted player in the world by any means but one of my all time faves was Ian Ferguson. He gave everything for Rangers. I'll never forget the huddle at Celtic Park and the ding-dong with Paolo Di Canio (what a player he was too).
Outside of that, it has to be the prince of Denmark, Brian Laudrup.
The Laudrup cup final

Yeah that's the one alright. Wasn't a world beater by any stretch of the imagination, just too good for the LOI, but was great to watch him for the local team! Same goes for Keith Fahey and the legend that is Charlie Livingstone....smashing players
