Impressive from wee Ricky Burns last night, delighted to see him win set's him up for a huge 2012. Very disappointed with Smith, talked the talk then got sparked in the second. Groves is only gonna get better at only 23 looks a big prospect. Burns did well pele, was impressed with the way he went about his business last nite. I havent really seen too much of Burns in the past and id have to admit that i thought Katsidis would have took him based on his performances with Mitchell and going toe to toe with Marquez but fair dues to Burns... definitely deserved it. Seems a good fella too.

. Fish sugar's a good m8 of mine and he could of been fighting for British titles or even European if he had the right attitude, the mans has bags of potential but his vices have let him down in the past just hope this move to London works out and he sorta himself out he still has time on his side to put things right. He fought the European ranked no2 and 3 inside 2 weeks and was right in the fights until conditioning took over and also took eamon okane the distance and wasn't disgraced in any way The man enjoys a good three week party ;D ''Joe Rea don't hear the music, Joe Rea feels the music'' Haha I was witness to this famous statement classic Another story about me and sugar once got taxi from portglenone 1 night hadn't 2p between us and he told the taxi driver he good for the money sure I'm joe rea off sky sports

Kevin Mitchell looking a shot at Ricky Burns would be a cracker. Your right pele, that would be a super fight. Mitchell looked very good against Murray in his last fight, better than i thought he would. Im sure most people have read it and whether its just typical media trying to build the public's hopes AGAIN...but rumour of mayweather and pacman actually taking place on May 5th next year. Supposedly its Mayweather that wants the fight ...probably just paper gossip as usual but hopefully this is the real mccoy starting to take shape now!

Pacman struggled again to beat marquez. Struggled??? I am a Pacman fan and the whole way through the fight I was hoping the judges were seeing it different to me. In the end though I have to say there was no doubt in my mind (and as Pacman walked to his corner at the final bell, none his his either) that he was beaten. I was extremely disappointed with Manny this morning, spent most of the fight standing off and was very uncomfortable with Marquez and his counter punching. He was acting like the man who had been knocked to ground in the two previous fights instead of Marquez...defo seemed worried of his power. I just couldn't understand it. Looking more like a fourth fight instead of the big one with Mayweather. After last night's shambles I don't think he should be considering Floyd...if he struggled with Marquez and his defence how on earth does he beat the master of the defensive/counter style.... Just my opinion though but again, very disappointed with manny!!!

It'll tighten him Here did you watch the documentary about the Benn/McClellan fight. Was on ITV a couple of weeks ago but only got around to watching it last night. Powerful documentary about how the fight has affected everyone involved in it. Jaysis McClellan's corner seemed like a bunch of cowboys....his trainer is a nut job!! Definitely recommend taking a look at it.

What a crying b@st@rd Amir Khan is. Now saying some boy at ringside was sneeking about changing scores for a Peterson win FFS get over it you got beat, move on train hard and get a rematch. Making a f**king fool of himself, David Haye must be advising him ;D

Making a f**king fool of himself, David Haye must be advising him ;D I haven't seen this latest bout of sour grapes....what a w****r though!! Haye was pathetic blaming his toe injury for being beaten by a much better boxer but Khan is a disgrace the way he has acted following defeat. He was beat fair and square and only had himself and his poor attitude to blame. As you say, f**k up and work harder for the rematch!!

Mayweather v Cotto on May 5th...should be a good fight, think Floyd shouldn't have too many problems but love the build up to his fights. Think Cotto is a great character and boxer also.

Pacquiao knows he will get beat. Think cotto mayweather will be a better fight to watch.
Cotto will keep walkin forward and floyd will counter his way to a win!

A couple of cracking fights tonight.
I think Hatton will be Brooks toughest test so far but he should have too much.
Macklin scrap will be a cracker, could be just his time as Martinez getting on a bit.
