Lads looking at some of the results from both junior cup and shield and it has to be said the bsml is bound to 1 of the best if not the best junior leagues in the country.
Well done to all involved

Well done to all involved Great to see, because in all honesty the BSML has a pretty s**t reputation in Junior football, we need as many sides to go as far as possible. i rem few years ago, Carniny beat ford and Homers beat them too, i worked with a fella who plays for them, he said they were both s**te, does my head in.

Even that team we played today said our league was crap, love proving them wrong but tbh on todays performance we proved them right!

with us knocking tullygally out, homers taking out colin valley both of whom have been to the latter stages of these comps on previous years and amongst other results alot of teams will get the shock of there lives if they think the likes of carniny, saints, homers and NORTHEND will be an easy passage to the next round

fancy carniny , asob and homers to go far ... All jokes aside goram if the likes of use or ourselves got the luck of the draw we could also go far but in all honesty winning it is a tad unrealistic but agree about the big 3

most of them played way malachains ... sumthing tells me they , r a breakaway team . will find out tomara great side Cumann Spoirt an Phobail started out as five-a-side football for young people in the ballymurphy area. We have been giving the use of Bunscoil an tSleibhe Dhuibh's outdoor pitch from it's been built. The young people from the area have been crying out for a football team which i was reluctant to do at the start but i was encouraged by team members and when our team won the Brendan Rainey Cup at Willowbank we decided to make a go of it, so with the help from Cumann Spoirts commitee, a sponsor and team members also helping out we have now joined The Belfast and District League. il keep ye right big man

Inver's match away to saintfield AYC called off at 1-20 by ref due to unplayable pitch. so inver have to travel to Crossgar on the 8th Oct again. Ref phoned C.A.F.A they told him there was quite a few games off due to the weather. so our match against Galgorm is now off in the league which was to be played on the 8th.
