Right, since I always get this award for no reason other than it was made to fvck me off Aye cause that's the reason you've won it last 2 years. Tucker has now put himself in the frame but I'm pretty sure you'd already nailed the award again for something in pre season

Preseason? what happened? and anyway, I once scored from the halfway line in a preseason game and didnt get goal of the season cause apparently it didnt count, so heres to your oul s**tty awards And I did nets for the team in a game when I was injured, helping the team out and this is the way the manager looks on my efforts!

Your fruity Hamstring never helped us when it mattered in league games this season and that reminds me LOG #2 Mark Watsons Hamstring goes against Michelin, had to come off in the last 10 mins, we concede and drop 2 points, Back in the starting 11 the following game. Fruit

Just look at him last year, rolling about the floor crying when shore wanderers Pearce McCauley emptied him in our home game against them, then he scores 2 great goals in the end of season play off. Fruit

To be fair Pearse did stamp on his thigh full force, and he played on for most of the match.....remind me of your reaction to the tackle Rab?

Post by Rab on Sept 30, 2011 10:40:31 GMT
oh aye oul rab gate See Mark always mentions this as well and I never understand it, he gets stamped on, and rolls about crying, I come 40 yards to make sure the ref understands the severity of the challange, the only one that did! and to make sure Mark is alright and all he ever does is slate me for it when I'm the only one that cared enough to say anything to the ref, it got to a stage where you cant come to the aid of your team mate, it is just an attitude of, he'll be ok, we'll be grand, we'll let these boys and the ref walk all over us, not with me in the team, if something like that happened me I'd want my team mates having my back, I guess I'm wrong

Sprint 40 yards like an extra from Braveheart, bounce off Pearse, who turns and growls, then you moan at Finlay, who proceeds to book you...... I hear the Award was decided at that very moment

Na, I was running at finley, pearce thinks im running at him and has to even step towards me so he actually bounced into me, the reason I came 40 yards was because finley was taking so long to send him off, I knew he wasnt going to and had a bone to pick with him, it was a shocking tackle and that was my vision (without contacts or glasses at that time) from 40 yards, the ref was 5 yards away, you even seen it on the line. anyway, i'm not a violent man, i've never punched anyone in my life and i am not gonna do that in a game of football at 30 years old, I'm to smart for that, i couldnt let my team mates down that way, I'm not hot headed enough for that. In all my days of playing football that was the first yellow card I ever got, so that shows you, and it was for giving the ref grief and not anything to do with violence against shore, sure what good would a kick or a punch do, it might hurt for 5 secs, I knew we'll meet you guys again, I knew we'd get another chance to put you out of a cup and inflict misery that way, but i never dreamed it would be another game for the league, so we got our chance to inflict misery through what happens football wise on the pitch and we took it.

all the 2nd trophies are sitting pride of place in the hallway as well as the league medal from the 3rd div and most improved player, i'm surprised some of the other team members dont ask for the 2nd div league and cup trophies to sit in their house, i've had them since we got them at the league dinner and I'm nobody important only fruit of the year

good to see rabs back on form ;D
to be fair to rab he did want to make something of the stamp, i suppose you just expect the ref to sort it out without creating a fuss! You kind of get used to pearse's antics over time though. The ref in our game didn't do himself any favours last week for bottling it, there was a secret ref judge bloke down who said he should have been sent off in the first half before his off the ball body check
