Really disappointing not to get at least a point from yesterday's game after a decent performance but once again we've basically gave the opposing team all their goals 
Started of well and took the lead from Sammy McCullough after good play from him and DB09. We let Clough back into the game after a loose backpass and big Ally finished well from a tight angle. We gave away the 2nd when we didnt deal with a long ball over the top which left Ally to score with an open net.
2nd half we started off well and Fish hit the bar with a super effort from outside the box. We equalised afterwards when a great ball whipped in by Tully was headed in by McQuitty at the back post. Honestly thought at that time we'd go on to win the game, but Clough scored a third after a good bit of football put Byers (I think) through and finished well but again it was a disappointing goal to give away. We had a couple of other chances which just went past the post. We kept pressing on but couldnt break though the Clough defence which protected Simpo very well.
Few players really stood out for Clough, their whole backline was superb throughout, Kyle is a superb footballer in the middle of pitch and big Ally was almost unplayable up top. Caused us problems throughout the game. Bit surprised at how direct they were, not a dig at all , just I know they are well known as being a good footballing team, 1st half it was constant long balls from Simpo to Ally and Mark up top, but we didnt deal with them as well as we hoped to and it worked a treat for them.
Thought a draw would have a fair result yesterday as neither myself or simpo had save after save to make and although I thought we shaded the play we didnt create the chances we should have.
