My screen has been going a strange colour of red when i log on and off, after a while it's ok but it seems to be getting slightly worst recently.
Is the Laptop just f**ked? It's only about 3 years old.

my laptop use to go a greyish colour, i defragmented it and it has happend since!!!

haha go inot your control panel and its should say in there,only thing is i will wipe everythiing of your laptop!

Defragmenting will really only 're-organise' your file system on your computers hard drive, so it really shouldnt be affecting the screen or the view of the screen at all. Im guessing the resolution on your screen is maybe off-set pele -- go to Control Panel > Display > Resolution / Display settings and mess around with the screen. It also could be that the screen is just fooked -- by closing the lid too harshly. Easily done like. Probably cost around £100 to get a new screen -- or you could just throw the laptop down the stairs and claim on the house insurance (make sure its f***ed though or they will just try and fix the screen!!  ) |
