Surely if a player is a free agent then we can sign them, in pro football if you're a free agent you can be signed outside the transfer window.
It's fcking ridiculous that these rules are in effect at this level of the game.

I'm led to believe a new face is to be welcomed at training this evening, bit of a spice boy in all fairness, but will be a welcome addition to the squad if reports are true!
