Saturday sees us begin the defence of the Top Four Cup against a very strong Homers side!!
Am sure anyone who was involved with the club last year will agree that winning the Top Four last year was a great achievement and a very enjoyable night!! so lets hope we can get ourselves into the final of it this year again!!
Saturday will be a tough game against a big strong Homers side who seem to have the indian sign over us once again!! a few players missing through injuries and due to a commitments in other sports, but we will give it a good go and hopefully can get past Homers!!
Cmon the Saints!!

who seem to have the indian sign over us once again!! Bit racist there Jnr88....and if they did, you'd probably order a scran from them!!! ;D ;D ;D Having played both teams recently the one thing I know is that it will be a cracker. Two very good teams with danger men everywhere. If I was a betting man (which I aint...Sexton does enough for our entire team) I'd predict a narrow Saints victory but it will be a battle IMO!!

This will be a good game Homers will def be up for it after tues night. We know that, personally i have put a line through that result as the Homers whole mindset will change against us and also the fact its a semi final. Two good teams but hopefully we can get a result.

Beaten 3-2 today..
2-0 down at half time, from our point of view the goals were a complete shambles..
thats about all that happened 1st half.
2nd half we improved alot i thought created decent chances, finally pulled one back through telford, good finish.
Homers then scored on the break, from our point again it could easily have been prevented, Paul McNeill took it well. 3-1
we then pulled one back with 2 left, liam cassley with a super finish.
Plenty of positives to take from today and plenty ofwork still to be done.

Wasnt the best match footballing wise, was very physical and a game for battlers.I def wasn't able to do what I usually do today just had to battle, but hey main thing was getting the win and into final.
done very well today with budgie, chimpy, bonsey, suity and jasey McKay missing, n bouncing back after that 2-1 defeat on Tuesday night.
Thought we Alan Telford was saints best player today, def plays in that hole very well.
Good luck to all saints for rest of season, I'm sure there will be more games like that.

Hopefully use can pick yourselves up and continue good form in League.

Don't know why telfords getting all the plaudits, playing in the whole he is meant to link play and create chances for burnside who needs help up front. Can't remember him creating or helping. Neat and tidy player who took his goal well but never done enough to produce a piece magic that wins semi finals against better opposition

A good performance he can build on.

You serious penarol? You're the first person I've heard say anything different than he was very good. Fought for everything yesterday, IMO was the stand out player on the pitch.
