Beat 3 -1 tonight. Get the excuse's over with first ( ) Missing a few boys including Trevor  Had 2 subs for the game and had to use them pretty early due to injuries. In saying that, players we still out on the pitch, we still would have expected to beat them. 1st half thought we actually played pretty well and hit the bar through a super overhead kick from Fish, but we couldnt really create any other clear chances. 2nd half we didnt come out at all, and Cloughmills scored 3 goals in the first 25 minutes which they deserved at that time. We got a goal back 10 minutes from time, great spin and finish from Fish from the edge on the box. Piled on the pressure afterwards but still didnt create too many clear chances. Fair doo's to Cloughmills, they have some big lads playing for them and play to their strengthst, which is their strength! Dont think ive ever played against a more direct team in the BSML, but again fair play cause it works well for them. Unfortunately for us , although were disappointed being knocked out of the cup, more importantly we've lost 2 more important players through injury for Thursday night, and we were struggling for numbers already  Anyway good luck to Cloughmills for the rest of the season . |

Very poor performance from us beat by a team with more desire, injuries piling up lads but we move on to next game and improve on tonight!!

I really don't know how I'm going to get through another game on Thursday either....my hamstring is really bad!!!
Cloughmills a big strong team who are very hard to break down on such a small pitch. Will hold their own in the Second Division!!
No matter what, we still had 11 players on the pitch and IMO only have ourselves to blame.
Fair play to Cloughmills, good luck for the season.

Great result for us tonight as a few have said we play to our strengths but feel we scored couple of good goals at very important times.Thought we were gonna get smashed first 15,couldnt get out at all.
Fishbake what an overhead,deserved a goal lol!!!Iwas all over it though :)Took goal really well too,smart turn and finish.
Dick Reid immense at the back and Kieran a hanful up top and when Rab went off i thought it gave us the upper hand with the physical battles.Two totally different teams as we are dirct while The Mich sometimes take too much out of it but play some good footy.
