Goalscorers Sexy 3, Fish, OG and Niall O'Hara. Not much to say about the game, main thing was a good 3 points. Abbeyview took the lead through a well taken goal , we equalized soon after through sexy and inside 15 minutes we were 4-1 up. Big Jim had to do nets for view tonight and id say he was maybe at fault for at least 3 of them. At this stage the game was dead and the game just pettered out for the last hour. Sexy took his goals and once again Fish and Leroys workrate was top notch for the whole 90 minutes. Delighted to have 7 points on the table after 3 games  Nice wee easy one against the homers next week now  |

Rubberheart, Tul, Jay, Fusco and Michelinman all can play back there  Unless the view get a couple of new signings in it could be a long season for them  |

superb week for us all down to hard work,7points is a fantastic start.everyone working really hard and competiton for every place the venga bus was clean pumping down from antrim ;D ;D p.s i did pele got 90 mins ;D ;D even nutmegged the wee left back 8-)beat a few more players and then struck one, only for a deflection stopping it ripping the net clean aff |

Must also say a well done to wee Aaron Wilson in nets at the minute, hasnt had too much to do in the 3 games so far but everything he's had to do he's done really well, including one great save tonight. You can see he's getting more confident every game.

Great result lads competition for places is fierce but it's what a good division 1 side need! Can't wait for a junior shield away day on the venga bus lol

aye picked up a while bad knock on my foot couple weeks ago, hopefully be available again by end of month. To be honest i could be on the sidelines for quite a bit with the way wee Aarons playing at minute!

Haven't been on for a few days, sorry lads...
Great start to the league for us and a big well done to all involved.
Last night we suffered an early set back going one down but were able to totally turn it around very quickly. Big Sexton as usual in the right place at the right time and getting a quick Hat Trick.
Young Aaron in nets did very well when called upon, making one very good save in particular.
Rubberheart, fantastic. IMO our best showing when he played during pre season and showed again last night what he's capable of...delighted for him!!!
Fusco played out of position against Westend the other night in CM and IMO worked his balls off and didn't pull out of a challenge once....showing great heart (not as great as Dessie's rubber one....) considering the injury he's on the road back form. Last night he got his chance in defence at the expense of a stricken Burnside (hope it's not serious) and did himself proud again!! Really happy to see him back and giving everything after a very traumatic year!!!
To be honest, everybody has worked hard for the club during pre season and have carried it into our opening fixtures in the league. We won't get time at this level to stand and admire our efforts though and now we'll turn our attention to one of the top teams in the Homers on Tuesday night.
Well done lads, keep it up!!
