after the criticism i recieved from duck about my heading ability at the end of last season i decided there was still time in my playing days to do sumthing about it!! After sum intense training of my neck muscles in the summer months i put this into action last nite!! playing for the athletic v steadfast at whakehurst playing fields surley a NEW WORLD RECORD was set when i decided to head the ball over the steadfast keeper from my own half, i kid u not!!
