its out in clough.. gonna be a toughie!! 2teams who like to try and play, its a shame about the pitch. will b a great game . 2 form teams .... clough has played all away games and have pick up 10 great pts .... they mite not want to play at home again I think the majority of the team would agree with your last point big man.

Didnt say the defence was the weak link.McCosh is by no means a good keeper when you look at others in the junior cup or shield.Comparing him to Brian Martin there is a hell of a difference or Boomer Balmer etc.We wont go down the road of ex Carniny keepers cos he is at the bottom of the pecking order. But the truth be told its a nightmare to get a good keeper at the moment.I feel McCosh is the weak link.He lets in some stinkers.Old Carniny men chat about them all the time.Look Frog just my opinion dont get rattled.Only a prediction.Get back to me and win this debate your starting with a pic of you's holding the league trophy end of season.not going to happen .And i am just saying this will be the reason why.The untouchables are about to get dethroned :-) I'm just noticing this comment now, big McCosh gets some grief for being Carniny's weak link, but I wouldn't mind being a 'weak link' if it meant I had the same number of league winners medals as he does lol

wats the latest odds on the div1 title .... asob 2/1 carniny4/1 homers 16/1 asob has the pts in the bag , prob only have to play on sats as they r well played up ... so they have to b favs carniny , alot of games to play and they r cruisin thru them atm .. if they keep that up , it could cum down to the asob games . they must also have an eye on the junior shield game . homers will have a say in the title as they have to play asob X1, crfc X2 .......... tho the j shield is there main aim as they r 2many pts behind interesting run in

I still think experience and the size and quality of their squad will help carniny win it. I don't reckon they will remain unbeaten though

Sorry pele only seing your post now,
Think it will be a great finish to the season and you lads have the points on the board and won't have so many midweek games to play.
Think Carniny are just favourites though as they always seem to have a multitude of midweek games at the end of the season and still they get through them and have the points at the other end.
Homers again have a good few games left and i think they play Carniny twice....I would put them somewere on a par with yourselves......
Carniny Evens or 5/4 ASOB 5/2 Homers 5/2
What you reckon?

Good write up mate. If the top three teams are all played up, Carniny will be 5 points in front of us and 11 in front of the Homers so i make Carniny odd's on to win the title again. We all know Carniny won't drop points in their games in hand so it will come down to the big games between the top three. Carniny 2/5 ASOB 5/2 Homers 8/1 We are just delighted to be still in the running as this time last year we were out of it.

How'd the game go yesrerday....fair result ? This season with having alot of new players i think we have done great and totally agree next season we will be stronger and better. Good game yesterday, Sky Blues always a well drilled side with some super players. You's had some good possession at times but never really threatened our goal and yeah it was a fair result. Noticed you's are missing keys players too but i think every club is in the same boat especially at this time of the season.

Pele I think your being generous with ASOB's odds there. With you having the points on the table, and still to play Carniny twice, it really is in your hands. Although Carniny have the experience of winning the league for the past few years, theres a hell of alot of experience in the ASOB squad too, especially at Higher league level.
Id have a wee tenner on ASOB @ 5/2 in the bookies to win the league.

Mind games Mitty.
We will just take each game as they come. The shield final is at the back of our minds. Any1 out of a whole host of clubs could win the shield but to win a league title 6 years in a row will never be done again. So that is our main aim!
