Was good to get started back into the matches again, was decent performances at times under awful conditions and good performances from the new signings. Think i scored 3 the day but prob be classed as couple of miss hits!!! Although were 3 super goals made easy by the assists!!!!!!!!

Its always good the get the first pre-season game under your belt. Think all of us showed a bit of rustyness at times but thats what pre-season is all about.
Tough few games to come in Riada, Ballymoney and chimney corner in the next couple weeks.

Some real smart chaps too....an open net where the keeper catches the ball hahahahah!!!
Some very difficult conditions yesterday but good to get a run out. I know myself personnally am really feeling the effects of a tough pre season (by far the hardest I've done in 5 or 6 years)...going to do nothing until Tuesday's game.
PS, that's what I get for acting the smartarse trying to chip the keeper after he scuffed his goal kick LOL!!

but if im being honest i fought r centre half jay marks was outstandin and covered every blade of grass on the pitch..... Might need to work on his positioning if he is doing that amount of running at CB |

yeah he played well as well pele,donko im just sayin how i seen it kiddo.....never put a foot wrong all day and i ask any of the michelin players i think they would say the same,just because your a centre half does not always restrict you to your own hal pal.

Just like to add how great it was to see Fusco make his comeback after 9 or 10 months out with a double leg break. Thrown in at a very deep end, into a central midfield battle...something I doubt he's ever done before LOL. It's the start of the come back he deserves and also great to see Rubberheart (my new personal favourite!!) settling in very quickly...thought he did very well. Farmboy made an impact too when he came on, scoring thanks to ANOTHER ( ;D) Fish assist!! Well done lads.. |
