The midgees up round the quarry and waterfall path weren't so kind for training tonight!
Anyway first game will be next Wednesday night, if suitable opponents for a friendly cannot be sorted then there will just be an in-house match between the 2 teams

I was telling him on Sat about trying to lose weight & he recommended Shock training & to go to football training. If footy trainings running up & down them waterfalls then i'd say the only person getting a shock would be wee mary when they announced i'd been taken to antrim. Walked up that hill with the buggy twice now & i've no desire to do it a 3rd time. I suppose though them's the runs that when the season starts gets you the late winners & equalisers.

To be fair the pitch was in use last night so that's why everyone was up there. Wee change of scenery.
U go up that big steep lane to that gate with Bugsy etc? (name for it but can't remember). I used to do it with them 2/3 times a week, very tough but class feeling when you reach it and the pounds dropped off in no time.
But yes was gonna suggest u come out, big man will soon sort ye out. Think they said 1pm at pitch on sat

Never been out with Bugsy, I dont even half know were I was at, out of my house & turn left & your away up the mountain to waterfall & sliding pools etc. Marys the local expert so I follow her.
Maybe will go to training at some point but not until I've my fitness a bit better. Doing that couch to 5k thing at the minute so complete that & get fitter before I start training with fit people.
Turkey was saying he plays at the MUGA on Friday evenings & to come along so might make go there some week. Haven't played 5's or indoor in over 3 years so would love to get a kick about again.

Ah buggy, thought u meant Bugsy! my bad. Yep half 6 at the muga on fri evening. It's ok, depends on numbers, some weeks too little and others too many but it's laid back and abit of craic. Not great on the joints though with that surface!
May see ye there if I stay out of the pub after work!

We at Randalstown Sky Blues extend our hand of sympathy to the Rodgers family at their time of need.....and to the wider Carnlough family !
