Thought Mumford and Sons were top quality as well last night U2 were unbelievable. Can't believe the judge had Sturm by 4points  I thought macklin win by 2 points he was the 1 that was always pressing, even tho strum was getting the cleaner shots on. |

2 of the judges had Sturm 4 rounds ahead...... what fight were they watching Shocker. Macklin won 5 of the first 6 easily. The other was tight. 7 & 8 were tight. Sturm did win the last 4. The 3 tight rounds saw sturm land a big shot followed by a rally of half a dozen or so from macklin. If anything they should have been 10-10 rounds or 10-9 macklin. Thats pro boxing though & when you are relying on the interpretation of 3 individuals its difficult. Added to that the crowds reaction when their fighter lands & its easy to see why it happens. Surely theres a better way though. |
