i can see my absence last night has maybe caused a negative atmosphere it relation to my attitude...as a punishment i feel it is only right that i stand and watch tomorrow and am excluded from any team bonding. Whilst the squad all chat about their victorious battle on the portstewart strand, i will sit in silence and ponder my foolish mistake.

Surely don revie must of been inside at the gym, he wouldn't make a statement showing he couldn't be bothered training then Jus not turn up, lack of commitment eh lads  Yer starting to sound like Rubberman pointing out every time Tully arrives late for training.... Stop eyeing up the competition, sure it'll be me on the bench as usual!! ;D ;D ;D ;D hahaha aye rite enough, ive noticed rubberman say that a few times. Actually I see positives in this post and would like to act as a bekon of advice and knowledge to ye...that means I'll have to sit with ye while you ponder...couldn't have ye letting the shame force you to run into the sea and ending it all. Further punishment is that you eat a large ice cream cone, preferably honeycomb, and eat it really quickly....get me one while you're up there!!  |

Advice and guidance would be a positive move comrade fish. That way i can reflect on my misdemeanors and try and put it right with a 5 minute warm-up and a few stretches. |

Must say lads the effort put in by each and every player yesterday was an absolute credit. Very tough session and everyone stepped up to the plate.
We started with a run the length of Portstewart Strand and back, with almost every player beating the previous years winning time. The Fishmeister coming in an impressive 6th with a time of 24 minutes....tough run!!
In saying that, it would have been 7th had Leroy arrived on time. He must have ran that in 20 minutes LOL!!!
What happened after that great run was unbelievable...the biggest sand hill I ever clapped eyes on. Seriously hard stuff and fair play to each and every player, busting their balls. Great to see!!

Another big session tomorrow night lads. Lets get everybody out and back at it after a wee break (much needed!!). Went out a run round the Ecos earlier today and I'm still feeling Saturday's beach work. For some reason the knees and ankles have been sore since!!! I wouldnt think that there would be to many teams in the league that will be fitter than us this season (well most of us ) after the sessions weve been put through so far.
