Alright my fellow football lovers??Havent been on since our convincing and pleasing result on monday evening.Been reflecting on the game and the season in general!Firstly well done to Inver on reaching the final and beat of luck next year,good side and good lads.Secondly the clubs aim at the start of the season was just to reach the playoffs so well done everyone involved for exceeding expectations.Lets get everyone signed and if we strengthen our squad who knows what next year will hold.Already been told by some players were tipped for relegation and our fixture is a 6 pointer  we shall relish the challenge of facing the likes of Ahoghill,7 towers,Connor etc....2 big trophies sittin in Pattons on the harth side.....Get in(the wee blue and white stripe football machine is comin!!!yeeeeeeehooooo ;D ;D ;D |

Thanks m8 just for a wee while  Well really reflecting on the seasons of the 3 clubs coming up,youmentioned the other two there im happier with ours!!!3rd division cup winners and play off winners.These achievements resulting in 2 big massive cups.Reds have one cup to drink out of at dinner and Penarol have ................lol ;D ;D |

Sounds like you guys had a great season, well done.
Just moved to Cloughmills a few months ago and been looking for a team to train with for next season. What way are you fixed for training, would you mind a cling-on?

would you mind a cling-on? Ricky Im not too sure Aliens are welcome at Cloughmills but it would be a first for the league. After a while you may be able to start your own football team full of cling-ons. The foreigners got funding for their team so it would some kind of discrimination of cling ons didnt get a bit if funding from the council either. |

happened to b at the bar on fri nite .... few cmills men shouted towards the 2thistle men , we r the big thistle in the 2nd ....  glad i missed it ;D or i would have had an answer snout not at the dinner .... thumb print still there |

Would like to welcome Gareth Kearney to Cloughmills Thistle f.c.Fantastic signing for us and just what we needed to talk to the younger players within the team.Gareth hasn't played as wee while but know he will do a brilliant job for us at the wee thistle.Well done to Rab c and big McGaughey for sealing the deal!COTWT!

Lads give snout something here...got a tip of today that he's gutted to not get a big reaction about his new signing! He was hoping for at least 3 to 4 pages of "some signing" or "thistle on the up" but nothing apart from a wee comment from pele who then pmd me saying this new signing was useless ;D.

Was simply announcing a signing as we do with every player who signs for the club.Making the said player feel welcome, thats all ,nothing more nothing less.Thats the difference between the two of us,IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU at the Reds!!!If you and a couple of others are playing well then feck the results I know it must hurt coming up as champions and us coming through the back door (with the 3rd div cup trailing behind us) ;D You can't give our wee team the credit or praise we deserve wee jj..........Now do one! |
