Was surprised not to see Ricky Fee playing in the Midfield for you boys today. Think he would of made a difference, as it seemed like Andy Smith was the only playing in the middle that counted.

Cheers Ally. Thought we looked like we were scared of them today and didn't push on enough to support me and Davy. Disappointing result cos I think we were better than them all over the park. Ref didn't help with a terrible decision to sent Keith off. Also first game all season we haven't scored in.

McCrea was dismissed for f**k all the refs in this league are a joke.

Considering McCrea was already booked and he was booked again for dissent by the referee meant that he had to go, he hardly was sent off for f**k all.
In my experience in this league, you will find referees will clamp down on dissent more so than bad tackles. McCrea is experienced enough to know this and should have kept his mouth shut.

The ref admitted he made a mistake and recinded the second yellow.

Agree that the refs tend to focus more on dissent than anything else in our league, however he got it totally wrong on Sat. McCrea did not swear at him and the way he waved his card at him showed he had totally lost it. You need to remember that this guy refs in the Irish League!! He apologised after the match for his mistake but that's no good to us now cos we're out of a cup we stood a good chance of retaining. The only good thing is that he was big enough to admit to his mistake, unlike some of them.

That's basically what I mean Zippy. We are better players but the way we lined up and played made it look as though we were scared of them. Unfortunately they're one of our bogey teams, bit like Chelsea are to Spurs
