Lads I thought it was only the majority of our wee country fans and rangers fans Who had a major dislike. Y is lennon so hated around Scottish football??? Pure sectarian bile Davy. I seriously think sectarian bigotry is almost more deep rooted in Scotland than here....here, we are making big strides IMO, over there it's still very much socially alive and well. I don't think it's ever going to go away!!! |

Boils down to 1 thing in this instance davy and thats sectarian hatred simple as!!! correct mr clown . same as andy goram got ... always will b sectarian thugs around .... born in2 people on both sides I agree Goram got sectarian abuse...I may be wrong but I don't remember him being attacked on a pitch off the top of my head (or was there something with a Hibs fan?? Can't remember enough) but the fact is, that's in the past, years ago. There's only one person getting this now and no one has ever received so much. Constant death threats, parcel bombs, bullets and now attacked on the sideline, it's a f**king disgrace!! Of course sectarianism is always wrong, that includes what happened years ago, but to say "but you's done it too, both sides are at it", I can't agree with. In the past yes but not now and never like this!! |

Read that in Gorums book. All Lennon has done was played, captained and now manage Celtic and has shown great passion in doing so. But I know where your coming from with that post. The difference with Goram and Lenny is Gorams incidents were over a long period of time and no where near as bad as Lenny's, All the Lenny stuff has happened in such a short space of time and is alot more frequent..... only so much a man can take. Personally speaking i would't give a f**k about silly bullets in the post and death threats from cowards but when it starts affecting your family and people closest to you well you have to look at the bigger picture |

To be honest lads if it wasnt for the sectarian element of Scottish football, then the league would struggle to even exist, thats the only thing IMO that keeps it going and makes people support Celtic or Rangers, thats why I hate Scottish football so much, and for that reason, I'm out |

Very naive to label all hearts fans bigots and thugs. They have an element just like both old firm do.

In no way does he deserve any of the threats or what happend last night I'm not saying that in anyway before people get on my back. Noone deserves that.
Sectarianism is worse in Scotland imo and is getting worse still.
