was up at the hospital today for a further check up on knee...and to be honest i fought everything was gran as i could move it alot more now....but then the doctor hits me with the dreaded news ...cruciate ligament damage and will need an operation ....it was not wat i wanted to hear so thats thee old career over,with the waitin lists for them operations and then the recovery time it will be 3 years so thats the boots hung up for good ....TOTALLY GUTTED!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful news mate but get at them, put the pressure on and get it done asap...with the right determination there's still plenty of years in ye at BSML level!!

You're at rock bottom after that news but you can do it mate, head up and give it a go!!

GOT NEWS FOR MY MRI SCAN...UP TO ANTRIM ON MONDAY EVENING 4 IT TO SEE THE FULL DAMAGE...THE DOC WAS TELLIN ME THAT ITS MY ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT THAT HAS TOTALLY SNAPPED BUT THEE OLD SCAN WILL TELL ME ALL....SO AT LEAST WE ARE GETTIN SOMEWHERE....THEN ITS JUST A WATIN GAME.....MAYBE GET A ANOTHER SEASON YET!!!!
