Another great 3 points for us tonight. Was the typical old game of two halves (I know they all are 
) against the Shore lads, alot of that was down to the brutal wind blustering around the place.
We had the wind behind our backs first half and took advantage of it, played the ball around well and had a couple half chances before Froggy put us in front after a great ball through by Wiggsy. We got a second soon after after good work from Andy Murph and Tom Agnew which resulted in a shore defender handling the ball in the box, got a red card and Wiggsy stuck it away.
2nd half we knew Shore would come and have a go and they did. Helped by the wind behind them this half they dominated most of the play, we couldnt get a hold of the ball at all and to be honest they didnt play as if they had 10 men. In saying that they didnt really create many chances at all except a couple half hearted penalty appeals. We had at least 3 or 4 chances to kill the game but couldnt take them. They scored direct from a corner in with about 5 minutes left after I was brutally attacked on the line Should have been GBH but Wah gave it anyway . Shore pressed forward but again didnt really create too many chances.
I thought Shore would have had a few more shots to be honest especially with the wind behind them and a dodgy keeper to shot at but I didnt have a save all night.
It keeps our wee mini revival going and gives us a bit of confidence going into the play offs. Thought first half we were excellent going forward and 2nd half our back 4, everyone of them, were top class.
Im sure Shore will be kicking themselves but the league is still in their hands and I hope they get the point they need.
