Well done Roy....where are you off to Retirement home mate ;D ... not playing for anyone else, just bowing out. Think Interstars def folded after this game then??? Not sure davy if they are def folding but there are plenty of rumours. Bit of a shame we didn't pick up more points during the season as 2 weeks ago we were told we needed to get 9 points from the last 3 games and hope others above us dropped points. We did indeed get all 9 points which was a great effort by the team. Shame others above us won tho  |

12 years IN TOTAL at Braid Utd ya feckers ye And 3 seasons with the mighty RAFC.....good luck mate, a perfect player to have on board...never moaned gurned, gave everything he had, scored some great goals and always let you know what was happening. Also a great person. Always remember the two you scored at Michelin...superb and of course your cup final goal when you ran to me after you scored....oh and if I remember rightly the two goals you scored at Michelin kept Dowie out of the team the following week..... ;D Good luck mate. |

roy was at Braid when I joined in 1996 and was scoring goals for fun then! Although he had wee spells away at Ballee (remember them) and Randalstown Ath roy always said he was a Braid man! It was a prvilege to play in the same team as him for so long and I'd like to wish Roy all the best for the future!!!
