Been doin the rounds for a while now they seem confident that they don't have a case to answer but there's no smoke without fire. Be great to see Rangers in the premier league ;D

According to Simon Jordan they have broke no rules, they signed the guy before the rules were implemented. He said they have only used unlicensed agents, which clubs use everyday.
They reckon Scudamore wants it sorted this week before QPR become a premiership club

they signed the guy faurlin from a third party whenever the football league didnt have any rules against it, whenever the football league brought in the rules about third party signings they got the signing of him ratified and brought into line!!
i cant see how they can justify deducting them points for something they did wrong 2 seasons back if they even broke any rules back then!! the fa could well have a huge legal battle on their hands if they take on qpr cos they have some very rich men behind them!!
