Think its something to do with another club (Dollingston maybe ) and a player they signed from Loughall incorrectly which they may lose points over. Somebody tried to explain it to me today but he gave up after 20 minutes. IFA will make a deciison on it shortly I think. |

Right from what I make it Lenny, the only team I think who could have been promoted from the Mid ulster league to Championship 2 (must be to do with a licence) was this Dollingston team. It looks like they are to be deducted 20 odd points for f**king up this signing which means they wont win the league, therefore cant get promoted. As they cant get promoted then there will be no relegation for Corner.....maybe ;D |

Getting a proper goalscorer seems to be have been their problem. Chrissy Wilkinson had to do nets last week as well . Went to the game last night against Limavady, they hit the bar with an overhead kick in the last minute and just couldnt get a winner. I would say theres a fair chance McQuitty will be moving on mate. Seems to be a few decent players there, two Gillan brothers look crackers. |

Chimney Corner will be in the IPL next year,Dollingstown played an ineligable player and won their league. Mid Ulster League upheld a protest from another team docking points for the games he played in but they appealed to the IFA ;and the IFA then upheld their protest thus making the Junior Mid Ulster Leagues decision null and void. However the IFA have asked the Mid Ulster league to review their decision and come to the same decision |
