Good win for the Sky Blues after going behind to a off side Goal we hit seven unanswered goals and but for some very poor decisions by the Ref , it could have been a lot more, Clough are a good young side with some good players and if they can keep that team together should do well in the 2nd Div ,good luck to them this season

not going to get in2 a slagging match ut there is no way on this earth u deserved to beat us 7 never mind by more!
The penalty changed the game. both sides have differing opinions on it, but i feel it wasn't.

we dominated the first 20mins and should have scored more than the one goal we managed. We gave away a really soft goal but were still the best team IMO. The referee then gave a penalty which never was. Therefore had he not given the penalty, Clough's heads wouldn't have dropped and had we gone ahead again it would have been much tougher for the blues! Anyway thought u would have been to busy with the under 12's to take in morning football!  |

I thought we should of been 2 or 3-0 up within 20 minutes, but unfortunately we didnt take our chances at the start and that is the difference!! Fitness told in the end, however i do think that 7-1 flattered skyblues, our heads dropped and goal after goal went in. But sure itl be dead on!!

def deserved 2 win by this margin i was talking 2 some of the players and they said they were terrible fair enough we got beat by crniny 5-0 we took it and carried on they were better but mayb not 5 better lol o yes and i got nutmegged by ritchie lol

Ahhh yes the nutmeg, defo better than any of the goals!! It would of led to a goal for myself but for an excellent save by the Sky Blues keeper!! Although we did hit the post and Dougie put a volley a few inches wide. With those chances and my efforts at the start of the match, we could of had a different result, but its over now, and all the best in the next round!! NUTMEG!!  |
