Heard this might be a toughie.
Some of you Ballymena folk can answer this hypothetical question?
If you had been out injured for 4 months and had a game away to Homers on a Sat with an important league game on the Monday would you choose to return on the Sat or let the team take a good hiding and enhance your chances for selection on the Monday night in your natural habitat. Div 2. A chance to play at the San Siro doesnt come along too often.

id stick 3 past the homers, empty john mcdowell in a 50/50 after beating him in the air all night then be sure to get a start on the mon so you can nutmeg goram to score the winner! go for that bap.  |

I assume they will 'rest' a few up on sat assuming they have a league game on tues but ye never know!
Tough game for ye but if Monday is a league game them obviously it's the biggie!

They are good losers by the way The ref, who we thought favoured them, bore the brunt Sent off Chimpy? after about 20 mins, turned us down a clear pen after the keeper brought our man down, gave them a similar pen, then evened it up by sending our centre forward off with about 25 left when two players got involved (if one got red, both should have) Didnt help the ref though. He took a couple of slaps to the head in the car park afterwards  |

Thought something similar was gonna happen at our game the other night.....before our opposition were even in the changing room.
Anyway let's no deflect from a superb result lads, well done saints!
