yeah yer rite but some of the others have only started last 6months so its a bit of both.nasri was top 5 in europe 1st 6moths in my eyes never mind the p lge.if bale shines tonight he could shade it.

Narsi was unplayabe until Xmas!! Bale was the same.. Think they done the voting in last month for it!! Would love to see Coleman get!! From play for Sligo to cutting it in the epl and only costing 60k is some goin to him and Everton

As a spurs fan I would have to say Modric should have been nominated ahead of Bale or VDV - he has been most consistent player all season for us

think if nasri had of kept his earlier season performances up he was a cert for it, but hes been fading lately, hate man city but tevez has been awsome. young wilshire will get the young player of the year

If utd win the league which they look like doing id say vidic will get the nod been the most consistent of the lot. And nasri will get young award having just been piped by vidic to the main award. Bale is a great player but cant see how he can be given an award if its based on league form. Dirk Kuyt has more league goals and assits than him this year with the same number of games played. He has had an average premier league season with a terrific champions league campaign.
So Vidic and Nasri for me!
