This week we have a break from our league campaign to play against Connor in the Cup, last season our two games were quite the polar opposites!
In the first game early last season, we played extremely well and were very unfortunate not to come away with something from the game. However in our second meeting, they total outplayed us and ended up posting a cricket score against us!!
Last week we played with a 'new formation' that seemed to work ok, even though a few boys were playing out of position.
Also just want to add it is disappointing to see Peter Nixon leave the club and I just want to wish him all the best.

Packed it in mate, wasn't getting much game time, think he only started in the two junior cup games all season, whilst he was at training most weeks.
Didn't get on against St Comgalls and I think that was the last straw as he was the only sub that didn't get on. Hopefully he finds another club and doesn't pack it in completely as he is a good enough player.

Decent result for us, played well in patches when we get the ball down and play it, Connor were unfortunate when they missed a few good chances and scored an OG.

Played really well, as did Tweed and Beggsy, really strong performance from the three centre midfielders!
