I'm already a rival to you Goram I just didn't get long enough on the pitch the last time to prove it! Westend & Thistle are gonna have some big games over the next few months Id say! I was talking to Big Stan the other day actually, he seems to be enjoying himself at the rovers. Being a striker is crazy sometimes, you go through good and bad spells, ive never been through a bad spell like that before at the start of the season then all of a sudden everything you touch goes in and Ive hit my best form ever! it is mad. The truth is I am happy with the team I play with at Westend, we have ambition, a will to win and play decent football, I know ill get up on a saturday morning and we will have given our opponents a game of it. You couldnt ask for much more than that! If you want to be part of a team like that sometimes you have to spend time on the bench, youve just got to try and make you chances count when you get them and lucky for me that is what has happened, everyone is on their toes right now, there is a real will to do your best every game and with the quality of players that we have at Westend that is a good thing! Im chuffed with the attention but im going nowhere! |

I'm not good enough to play for the 1st Div Champs, I watch them train on a thurs and your man Dowie is class, I'm nowhere near that level at all, though I did score twice against the homers in a Westend v homers training ground friendly a few weeks back |

I was happy enough with my performance on sat, it was one of those days where not much fell for me in goal scoring chances terms. I was playing with a really sore calf and had taken pain killers. Looking forward to this weeks game, hopefully I'll be injury free
