think homers are a creacking cup team, very hard to beat in one of games like cup finals. There record over the last two years must be brilliant in finals they have been in! Really strong team on paper just think week in week out carninys fitness will tell in the league and they have experience of wining titles. Going to be tight but...still think carniny missing somebody to put the boot in though when teams want to mix it.

Was a good game dowie, we tried our best but our fitness let us down in the end.1-1 till the last 15-20 mins then use made it 2-1 so we pushed for the equalizer and got caught with a quick counter but carniny deserved the win, will be very tight this year coz homers and asob are strong.

Good game yesterday. Carniny missed quite a few chances and the Ballykeel keeper made a few good saves, but for spells Ballykeel played well. Quite a few dodgy offsides given against Carniny too and the ref didn't allow a goal that went over the line before it was cleared by a Ballykeel defender. Young fella up front for Ballykeel (Magill I think) showed a few neat touches and Justin Rowe is still a good player on the ball. Carniny still missing a few players but good to see big Jason come off the bench after injury and also Dowie and young Balmer brought their goalscoring boots with them to the game.
Once it went to 3-1 though Carniny had the experience to see it out with Gazza the marathon man and Delboy at the back.

From wat ive seen magill from b'keel is 1 of the best players in the bsml at at a young age to!!! hes doing really well for us clown, think hes 20 now in all competions.it makes the difference for us coz last season we never had a out and out goal scorer. i ended up leading goal scorer last season for the keel and i played midfield all year, midfielders shouldnt be leading goal scores.so its great to have him at ballykeel
