good game last night guys. yous worked really hard last nite and have some really gud players in your team. tough place to get a result.
we wernt really at it but think dowie had a couple of chances to put the game beyond yous which he would normally have finished. but yous battled away and got what you deserved. think r fitness showed in extra time as yous wer pinned back for most of it. def capable of gettin a result against any of the top 4 at home. gud luck for the rest of the season.

its not that bad today. hopefully il be alright to play 2moro night against northend. just need to warm up better. you played really well last nite jonny. u didnt give roger much and i cant say that about many defenders. gud luck 2mo nite!

Took the game in last night, credit to Clough for a battling performance and making an entertaining game of it. Think they deserved the lottery of pens, but it wasn't to be. When you play a team as good as Carniny are, you obviously need a bit of luck. Unfortunately, the referee made sure this didn't happen. He gave Clough very little, and seemed to blow up for similar incidents the other way.
He was getting a bit of stick from the Clough line, which was to be expected, but I noticed he kept giving death stares over. Maybe he took it personally? I dunno, but he was piss poor.
Anyway, as others have said.. The winner a couple of yards offside and ultimately proved his worst decision.
