Gutted isn't even the word, i've never ever came off a pitch as deflated and tired as i did tonight. We battled superbly all over the park and matched them in every area and altho we were penned in for most of extra time i thought the least we deserved was penalties but thats football.
I thought we should have had a pen as well and from where i was standing dowie looked at least a yard off, fred was in line with it and said he was 2 off but it doesn't matter now, he did wat he's best at and stuck it in the net.
Heads up for thurs nite lads and back to trying to stay up.

We can be proud of that performance tonight and ran them close.
Shocking decision from the referee although in saying that it was a great finish from Dowie, clearly offside though.
Take that performance into thursday night and the rest of the season and i'm sure we will stay up.
